You have 30 days to file your Answer and Sherman can not request a summary judgment until AFTER you've had the chance to file your Answer ! If they have really already filed this motion, they are jumping the gun, big time. Call the court clerk and see if its actually been filed and check on that court date. Sherman doesn't set court dates, the court clerk does ! If what they've sent is a pre-emptive scare tactic, they're looking for trouble. The SOL is your perfect defense, so make sure you use it in your Answer.
