even a dog can get a credit card. do not encourage this...call the bank...complain and take the damn thing away from her! she is not legally responsible because she is a CHILD. she isnt mature enuff to understand this..take the damn thing away and complain to the bank in person! legally she isnt responsible..but she sure will be in jail for fraud...big time. and so will you..for enabling it.
