Do not take any notice of MIA the troll she/he is lying as usual. WHYCHAT is correct he takes a lot of time to let us know our rights and the TRuth, and the information on his web site is State law. I checked myself and SC is 100% Garnish exempt, so no they cannot garnish your payfor CC debt. It just makes me sick all these trolls trying to misinform us it shows exactly what they are.
