DON'T LET HER DO THAT! You are financially responsible for anything she does until she is of legal age to enter into contracts. In Missouri, at 17 they can legally move into an apartment without parental consent and if they cause damage to that apartment, the parent is sued for it and has to pay. This actually happened to a friend of mine and it cost her $4,000.00.
