all of his Whychat's site but it seems
that Florida code states "not founded on
a written instrument"??? I have saved
so many web sites that I can't keep
them straight anymore. I understand that
tila defines cc's as open ended but
I can't find one Florida case that has
won a case on this. Can you direct me or
am I just missing something on Whychats site?
I'm willing to do the research just need a
direction. You also mentioned Fed?
