It is possible the 07/2000 DOLA from the OC was the required date of first delnquency that they are mandated to report to the CRA,and that the CA reporting date of 06/2000 was your ast on time payment.

It is ALSO possible that the 07/2000 date is the CHARGEOFF date, in which case, if your reports are showing 30-60-90-120 day lates, your SOL would start on the first 30 day late.

In either case, if you have a FILED lawsuit, and it was FILED after 08/01, you are beyond SOL, assuming, of course, that you are in a 4 year SOL State.
