Thanks Why Chat! I just wanted to make sure that the 7/2000 couldn't have been my last on time payment, thus making the 8/2000 the first payment not made and extending the SOL until 8/2004. They did file on 8/5/2004 and I have used your website extensively for reference. Glad to know there is so much information available for us. Any other tips are greatly appreciated. (I'm in FL)
