I didn't use Homeland, I used a place called
United Debt Counseling. But the same thing
happened to me, working with them has
forced me into bankruptcy. They stated in the
contract that I signed with them that my
money, minus a $300 fee, will be returned. I
have just begun the process of trying to get the
money back. You could contact your state AG
and see if anything can be done. Also, report
them to the BBB, that might help. Good Luck.
