I too filed chapter 7 - my 341 was last month. As I walked in the door today the phone was ringing - a bill collector. I gave her my attorney's phone number and told her if I saw her number on my caller ID one more time I would be filing suit. She apologized profusely for bothering me.

I've gotten a couple of letters - I responded with a short note stating I filed bankruptcy and further communication is to made through my attorney and gave her name and number - haven't heard anymore from them.

Anyhow - this is what's working for me.
