thats what i do. they have had one of my cap1 accounts now since last march. they dont bug me much..i just ignore em. course if a suit is filed..answer it. but they are scum...and lie unbelievably. i am the same in SOL..2 1/2 or so to go. talking to em wont help nothing but them. MRS is the one the other day who said i was born in 1953 and when i said no i wasnt..he said i had acquired credit with false info and would go to jail! lmao. yeah,,if im gonna lie about my age..it will be more than 1 year!! lol. suits are not filed that often..really they arent. opt out..(on whychats site, the how-to)..make sure they dont know any assets or tell them a thing. good luck!
