i hear ya and i would do that in an instant.
unfortunately there is now way of knowing who the company is. know what i mean? i send in the resume and usually follow up from job sites like dice, ajb etc... but i get the agencies and have no idea of the company.

which brings up another point, not related to this board, but i truly don't believe companies have any idea whatsoever of how the agencies are messing up the whole job situation. oh well.
