I did n't say I was trying to disappear. I am just trying to make it harder for people to find me to harrass me. Which applies to more than one area of my life.

I agree if they really want to find you they will. I also work in a field where I can pull up just about anything I want or need to track people. I have access to anything I want. I know, believe me, what can be pulled up. Thing is I don't use the information to harrass people I use it to help them. And we have to follow strict law as to what we access or get sued. In fact I cannot even tell the person I am searching up what I know about them. That is how tight the security is. And I have to shred it immediately when I am done with it. Don't do that and get fired. They don't play you HAVE to follow the laws. I wish every company was that way.

And because I see what can apulled up on others. I am very aware what they can pull up on me. Don't think I could have my job without having extensive background checks run on me.....and I assure you they pull up everything.

So thanks for the info Fay. I know that what you say is true. But the point is don't make it too easy. If someone does locate you let them have to work to find you. Don't give the information away.

As to PO on DL. Not even sure that is a good idea for many reasons. Just something I am gonna ask around about. I would like to know regardless of what I decide to do.

So Fay...........how do you know all this?
