Sounds like a bad debt buyer who bought your account for pennies on the dollar. They buy debts in bundles, without documentation. Exactly who served you papers, who is the plaintiff? The SOL started the date you stopped paying for the car. This is probably passed the SOL. You need to answer the lawsuit, here is a link on how to answer a law suit.
