I am in the same boat. I sent the refusal of
arbitration letter that the wonderful people on
this site gave me, I sent it CRRR. Send one to
NAF also, make sure you have proof you
served W&A (green card). Make a copy and
send to NAF. My "deadline" was August 11, so
I am waiting to see what happens next. I don't
know you're situation, but if they sue me, I am
filing BK. There is no way I can pay these
people right now. Maybe in a few years, but
they won't wait for me to get back on my feet.
