No tolling applies to people moving from one State to another. Tolling applies to :
BKCH13 cases dismissed(the time period when you could not be served is deducted) Military duty overseas: (time suspended by Soldiers & Sailors Act) Incapacity, such as being in a coma or judged incompetant. Fraudulent evasion, changing your name and getting a fake ID.
