Thanks Whychat. I gathered from the follow-up dispute letter to the CRA that it asks that the CRA remove the negative information (of course I might be reading that wrong). Lets just say that the SOL has passed. Does this mean the credit reporting agency will take this negative information off the report...even though it might only be 6 years?

I have to thank you for the very informative site you have. It has been so helpful and eye opening as to my rights.
