Ok good news!! I have five months till SOL one one account and six months on the other. I am going to wait it out (if I don't get sued in the meantime) and than start fighting to get it off my credit report. At least it won't be on there another seven years since they just updated the account as open in 2004. (from 2002)

On one I dispute before I came to this sight and they are threatening lawsuit. I requested validation because it isn't my account. I think I made a big mistake but will just have to live with it for now. The CA has not sent letters or called me for about two weeks now. I was told they will after the 30 waiting period is up and they will probably sue than. Hope not but figure they will. If not I will be within months of SOL and will wait it out.

So............if they say your last payment was 2/01 than is SOL up on 3/05 or 2/05? Just a legality question I know.
