As far as the debts and BK. If you file BK on the OC, then anyone that bought the debt has a bad buy right? They can't come after you for it? Hope so, cause I didn't check our CR before filing, didn't think it was necessary. I knew who all the OC's were. Hope this is the case, cause I really don't want to get screwed here, lol
