I mean I think people should pay their debts if they can. I do now that I am back on my feet. And I probably would pay the alleged amount they say I owed. But I am so angry about the interest and the way they talked to me that it is a matter of principal now. I want to go to court now. I am angry and want a chance to speak with a judge about this.

I am going to file a compliant when the SOL is up. Because this is criminal behavior.

But what gets me is that mine .........they aren't gonna get a profit and even if they get a judgement I will file BK or I will file exemptions and keep my paycheck.

I think they are just trying to mess with me becasue I stood up to their system. I think that is just wrong because they will lose money by doing this and yet I don't think they care. It is about power and control now and trying to come out the winner. This is stupid playground battles and I won't play until and unless a judge is present.

Just irratates me when I hear on this site they are filing on such large amounts and still going after me............they are trying to make an example of me no doubt. Not that it is right to harrass anyone.

But I have nothing and the amount is small compared to some of the amounts I have heard. I don't get it.

Frustrated.
