Dont know about Fla.but here in Ca. I believe they have to file in the county where you live.Most of the cc suits in this county seem to be filed by Discover(Discover seems to sue everyone).The junk debt buyers file some too.One never knows.I have letters from JDB's threatening legal action so I guess they will sue when they get around to it.But they will find out I am not going to roll over without a fight.
