Lady, can I have your opinion on this. Your the BK queen around here, help!!! Thanks, Aimee As far as the debts and BK. If you file BK on the OC, then anyone that bought the debt has a bad buy right? They can't come after you for it? Hope so, cause I didn't check our CR before filing, didn't think it was necessary. I knew who all the OC's were. Hope this is the case, cause I really don't want to get screwed here, lol
