As you guys may remember I had a judgment against me for a foreclose from huntington bank in 1997, they never collected the deficiency.. on my credit report, it was listed as a public record and a charge off.. well last year, huntington decided to try to revive the judgment.. thanks to this website and the help of whychat, lady, rlee, and all the other nice people.. i beat them with the 2309. ohio revised code defense (deficiency can be collected only 2yrs after sale of property).. anyway.. i beat them last april.. they took the public record and the charge off off the reports.. now huntington reported the chargeoff again.. providian raised my apr from 14.9 to 29.9 and lowered the credit limit... the corvette card lowered my limit from 4000 to 2000... and my pitiful household credit card with a huge credit line of 300. raised the annual fee to 59 bucks... i dont have anything else derogitory on the credit reports.. so my question is this.. do i have any claims against huntington. do i send the cra's the court documents.. if i cancel the hhold card, will it hurt my fico which just dropped over 100 points...do i call providian and the corvette card... do i pay them off and cancel them ... thanks in advance
