I'm surprised the lawyer didn't ask for your credit reports before filing to be sure you got everything. You DO need to include any and all collection agencies that had any of the OC accounts. By not including them, they won't get notified of your BK and will continue to harrass you.

However, if your case is a no-asset CH 7, ALL unsecured debts (except student loans) will be discharged whether they were in your creditor matrix or not. Its still better to include them on your schedules, saves any hassles later. Even if you didn't, then they can NOT come after you for a discharged debt and you would be able to nail them if they do.
