What has been your experience with judgements and your bank account?

This morning I was watching the news and they had a lawyer on there answering questions for people that write in. Someone had asked about their bank account because they owed credit cards that they could not pay. The laywer said in Texas the only way a creditor can take from your bank account was if it were for a government debt like a student loan and if they were just credit cards there wasn't really anything the credit card company could do. Has anyone here in Texas had their bank account frozen or seized because of credit card debt or because of a judgement from a cc company?
