Please ignore the CA troll's response.This forum has been TOO successful in fighting their tactics, so they have hired (outsourced)goons to flood the forum with spam and trash.

Assuming your post is correct as to what is being done against you, I would guess that :
1- You are out of SOL,that is ,past the legal time for a lawsuit to be filed.

2- Your account has been bought by a "bottomfeeder" a garbage CA that doesn't care about what laws they break.

The first thing you need to do is to OPT OUT, that will help prevent further problems.

Next, send whomever sent you the "arbitration threat" the letter linked below.

Next, your account will likely then be sold to another bottom feeder, to them you send the SOL letter.

If you will e-mail me your State and when your last payment was to the ORIGINAL creditor, directly from YOU on an account that was in USE, I will be happy to give you further directions.
