If not, do so.

File a complaint against Huntington with the FTC and your State AG office and send a copy of the complaint to the AG of (Ohio?) for fraudulent reporting, harrassment, violation of the FDCPA and FCRA and State laws against fraudulent extortion.

If the CRA verifies, redispute with a copy of your filed complaints and add that you will be adding the CRA to ammended complaints for improper investigation of a fraudulent entry.
