Need advice on negotiating payment

Hey, y'all. Thanks to everybody on this site - trolls excluded! JKelly, I got in contact with the Avenger and everything is MUCH better. Thanks. Okay, so I have a couple cards I want to pay off. Of course I don't have all the money but think I could make payments and be done with it in four or five months. The CAs always say you have to pay all at once, which I never can do. Any advice? They're both almost 2 years without payment. I live in Florida. (sorry, almost forgot that) Can I contact the original creditor? Again, thanks for your help!
