How old were you when the account was opened.? Dispute the account with the CRA's as "not mine, no such account with this creditor, I was (age) years old and below contract age when this alleged account was opened fraudulently with my ss# information." If it is verified, send a validation dispute cease and desist to the CA stating that you were (age) years old when the account was fraudulently opened in your name.
