From what I understand they cannot force your method of payment. I don't think they are supposed to do anything that will cost you money. It costs more money to send a payment Western Union that it does to send a m.o. Tell them you cannot afford Western Union, also tell them that every phone call that comes into your home is recorded for security puposes by a manuel tape recorder, so they will know that their phone filters won't work. I bet when they find out that they are being recorded they find more payment options, they may try to tell you that it is illegal to record phone conversations... that's not true if they know they are being recorded and in some states only one party( you) has to be aware. Also do not give them your banking info, do not pay them with a check.
