You may not need to file fraud charges. The *CA* may claim to require that to stop pursuing you, but there is no legal reason why you would have to provide such information to the CA or the OC. Once you have alerted them to the fact that you did not sign the cardholder agreement and were underage, it becomes *THEIR* job to prove it was you. I would advise that you do not send them any proof, because it simply isn't your job and it MAY be used to commit fraud against you. If they verify with the CRA (Credit Reporting Agency), then send Why Chat's follow-up letter to the CRA ONLY, along with a copy of your drivers license. It will prove to the CRA that you are the age that you claim you are and legally unable to form a contract. Between that an your written dispute with the OC/CA, the CRA should have the necessary information to delete the entry from your report.
