Let it go. Trust me. They love the attention and feed off of it.
The moderator should really just lock out entire CLASS A ip addresses from overseas as we really only can handle US information anyway. The current troll is on the 80.x.x.x which is RIPE.NET's stuff and almost all in that area.
If we block 80.x.x.x and 81.x.x.x and a few others you would start disabling a heck of alot of proxy servers and make it tough. If not CLASS A ip ranges then at least B or C. Blocking just one IP is too much work and they can find hundreds of free proxies to run through.
But its really just up to getting new software, this program is to old and insecure.
