That's very interesting! The account was opened when I was in Georgia. I defaulted when in Florida. I believe the last payment I made was in November of 2002. I'm looking at the statement saying it's not too late to prevent charge-off, we want to help. Then it says in small print the purpose of this letter is to collect a debt, any information obtained will be used for that purpose. One more question - truly sorry - if there is a lawsuit, would it be in Ga or FL?
