It is part of the outsourcing of American jobs. These "cottage industry" workers get paid to post on this forum, harrass or interfere with other forums and spam people. They are on a "piece-work" payment plan, so the more responses they get, the more money they earn. Usually, they are only English semiliterate enough to post, and their spoken English isn't good enough for the call centers.

The CA's have been HURT by consumer forums, so they pay to have them disrupted.

(There are other similar operations in political and "cause centered" areas that use the same outsourced workers. Many are in Spain, as is "our" troll, some are in other Countries that have not regulated their ISP's.

"Our"troll is SO stupid that he did something that will likely get him comletely shut down.
