That's funny. Maybe he is having a nervous breakdown! We know THEY know they are hated. Fortunately, they get their share of abuse, too. They can dish it out but they can't take it. Collection agencies have the highest turnover in just about any industry. After a while, collectors are forced to get real jobs. Collection agencies, as we know them, are on their way out -- and THEY know it.
