And when you file complaints you must also file against the INDIVIDUAL COLLECTOR.

They are used to their company having a complaint, but I started something different. Complain against the individual collector. Sue them AND their company. They are not used to this -- they can't handle it. File criminal charges also if your state allows it against the collector him or herself. Texas does.

The little scum sucker collector I am after quit Northland, but I will find him and squeeze him until he squeals!!!
