When the Bank of issue, hires a lier oo sorry an attorney.
Does that mean the Bank has sold the socalled Debt to a
CA = collector ?
Or are they both in this together,havent got a letter from the bank in a long time, the collector writes my very little after my CD letter.
Im going to file parers in court tuesday and would like to tell the Judge that the bank sold the socalled debt.
but only if its true.
BTW i sent them the bank an Refusel to Arbitration letter,Then I hired an Arbitration Company here in NY and they awarded me =found in my faver so do both refuse and hire your own company legal and binding arbitrations mean just that.
