The plaintiff is listed as Capital One. It is an individual debt. I don't know the exact date the account was current but on the paperwork it lists the charge off date as 4-14-03.

Are they able to just take money from our bank account without any warning? We have several accounts so it's actually possible that they were paid at different times from different accounts.
