First thing I would suggest is that you call or go to the local courthouse and see if anything has actually been filed. I have no idea what an alien summons is........but it sounds like it could be a fake summons. That's just my mind wondering what a CA might do next.
If they get a judgment against you, they can, without warning seize bank accounts. Play it safe and get your money out of any bank account that you may have used to pay them. Open a new account in a different bank without the debtor's name (sorry for the terminology here-I really don't like that word).

Missouri has a generous homestead exemption and they protect 90% of wages for head of household.
