Put a fraud alert on your credit reports, file a statement with your proof of fraud with each of the 3 CRA's. State that this is legal notice to them that if they accept any future fraudulent entries on this account you will file a complaint with the FTC.Demand they delete and purge these fraudulent entries from your report immediately.
