The fraud alert is already there, has been since July, 2003. Ill send them all the letter, but I forsee TransUnion giving me problems. They said that I cant report a debt as fraudulent unless that info comes from the CA or OC during the dispute process. Is this correct? Experian has already blocked the disclosures from my report, they have actually been very helpful.
