I am filing for BK at the end of September, it is definite. Can I send a C&D letter to the OC's if I know I am filing? I mainly just want to end the calls to my work until they get notice about the BK. Some have been good about honoring my request not to call me there, but others have not. I am in a school and can not take these calls in front of students.
