I am dealing with Midland also. Devin Thomas was the smuck who called me on a 7 year old account.
I sent them the C&D and SoL forms With return signature and also op-out forms to the CRA.
Also told them that if any reports are found my mine or my wifes CR they have 10 days to have them removed or fraud and extortion charges will be filed
