Well I see it made it hear. Question is on your site WhyChat you list lawyers. I hired a lawyer that was not on your site, and basically a trust lawyer, that did nothing for me, and it cost me $2,000 to negotiate less than a $15,000 CC balance. In other words, I had negotiated with the CA to pay such and such, and my lawyer got it for a little less ($800), but in the end it costs me more with the lawyers cost, and the time involved going to court. Bascally I think he was out ofhis league with the scuummy bill collector lawyers. Well according to Bud Hibbs? another of my scumbag CA/s are from a CAMBECE, which is SLIME, and now they have sent me two letters both saying they will do arbitration. In the past I have tried to negotiate with them, asked then please tell me what this is for and the original creditor, NOTHING, and they also would call me about ten times a day, until I wrote them a letter to cease and desit, then they would call me under another phone number, I have it down what they said to me,VERY ABUSIVE, and times and dates. Anyway, what I want to do is fight this, BUT I want a lawyer that is going to know what to do, and quite frankly Whychat my last lawyer did not know that much about bill collectors etc. Could you please give me a name of a good attorney in the Boston area that can help me negotiate with these collectors ,or tell me what kind of lawyer I need, so I can pay some of my bill, make payments, and know everything is on the up and up. Thanks Jean
