I'm not a troll...though I'm going to suggest you try to work out a payment plan if possible...really, I'm not a troll. Never deal with CAs on modical debts. Negotiate with the original provider. No one pays full price for health care -- it would bankrupt them. The insurance companies negotiate DEEP discounts with providers, then the providers try to recoup that by charging HUGE markups to un-insured patients, especially knowing that only a few will be able to pay. Don't fall for that. If the provider thinks you are likely to BK, they might cut you a deal.
