What state are you in and when was the last time you paid the original creditors BEFORE the account became deliquent. Lets look at the SOL before we go any further. If these debts are old, the CAs can't validate in court. There is a lot of psychology in debt collection, if you let them know they are bothering you, you are adding fuel to the fire. I ignored CAs, had 13 charge offs. I was never really harrassed because I just didn't let it happen. I actually put my phone on fax for awhile.
