If it's an "adult" site, and you paid with a credit card, most sites will give a refund with almost no questions asked. They'd much rather do that than have a charge back. These sites have a huge number of charge backs (due to use of stolen card numbers, as well as buyers' remorse), which cause a lot of bank fees for the site. Also the banks don't like it and will drop them if there are too many charge backs.
