I seriously doubt that you have anything to worry about. As far as I know, the trustee will have not your original applications. Besides, it is up to the original creditor to verify work and income. That's my opinion. If you think about all the millions of accounts that default each year......I don't think that is anything to worry about. Hopefully lady will be along to reasure you.

You will be required to provide two years of income tax returns. What they are looking at is income debt ratio.

I think you should not be concerned about this, and do absolutely nothing. File your bankrupcy, it is not likely that any creditors will even show up at the creditor's meeting.

Even my husband was surprised at how easy the bankrupcy proceedings were.
