I don't think there is any company that 'does' bumpage. There are tons of companies that will let you check your report though. Try looking in a search engine.

My understanding is that enough personal inquiries will 'bump' hard inquiries off the report but that this doesn't always work. Some people complain about bad side effects also.

At best it will bounce inquiries, but might flag the CRA that you are trying to manipulate your report.

If bad inquiries are all you have on your report, then it is probably useful.

Personally, I have crappy credit, and the inquiries are the least of my problems.
