You can try disputing the Sears and the Portfolio Rec tradelines, but they may stick AND EQ may update the status date to make it appear as if the collection occurred recently. (And tank your score as a result.) Paid collections are almost impossible to remove.

As long as they are both showing paid and have a $0 balance, it may not be doing all that much damage. Otherwise, they should both fall off at the end of the 7 year reporting period. Disputing them may do more damage than not.
