you all missed one point. besides watching to make sure this isnt real ...or is real...a CA can NOT send anything representing a court document that is false. nor threaten something not intended to be carried out. you have a great small claims case if this indeed is not a summons. ask the court clerk if this is a real summons or not. if not..you have a great case. after SOL, of course. lol.
